Fujifilm have revisited their X-Half Compact Camera system to deliver a new firmware update for users. And this one looks like it's well worth the update!

This fresh firmware now adds "SOFT GLOW" to the "IMAGE QUALITY SETTING" filter functions. This trendy new filter type boasts that it'll soften tones in the highlights of subject matter to enhance a beeautiful glow. Subtle, yet very effective - this type of filter creates a nostalgic and ethereal look to your images, which further carries the "retro aesthetic" Fujifilm is known for.

The firmware extends to add 12 and 24 frame options to the "FILM CAMERA MODE"

Finally, Fujifilm have combed through and ironed out minor bug fixes, reduced startup time when turning the camera on and improved auto-focus.
