Film

Choosing film for your camera

The right film depends on the camera you’re loading, because each film format is made for a specific type of camera. 35mm film suits the widest range of film cameras, 120 film is made for medium format cameras, and instant film is made for instant cameras. Instant film also isn’t interchangeable between brands. Instax film only fits Instax cameras and printers, and Polaroid film only fits Polaroid cameras.

Shop by film type

• 35mm film: the most popular choice for everyday film photography, with colour and creative stocks from brands such as Ilford, Harman and Fujifilm.
• 120 film: roll film for medium format cameras.
• Instax film: Instax Mini, Square and Wide film for instant prints in seconds.
• Polaroid film: instant film for Polaroid cameras.
