Capturing the shoot has never been more simple with the improved AF that is now 4 times faster with focus tracking active having been designed around two pairs of XD 'Extreme Dynamic' linear motors driving its two focus groups. An aperture control ring has been introduced and designed into the lens body to make switching F-stops fast and accurate and can be operated in clicked or continuously variable mode depending on the shooter you are.
