Photography Workshop with Dr. Michael Coyne

Be the first to review this product

Join us for an inspirational session with legendary Australian photojournalist Dr Michael Coyne. During his extensive 30-year career, Michael has covered wars, revolutions and other international events across the globe. Michael's insightful photographic style provides a candid visual perspective of people, cultures and experiences that often chronicle significant and historic events.

In this workshop you will have the opportunity to hear Michael speak about his experiences, his context of photography, and the art on connecting with people and narrative. You will also be introduced to the Fujifilm X-series cameras, which Michael uses in his work. You will be given the chance to use these cameras in a fun and interactive way. Participants are given a theme, or subject, and will have the chance to document this within close proximity to the seminar venue. As this will be a small group, there will be plenty of opportunity for participants to have a Q&A session with Michael, and receive personal critique on their photos. See below for more details on Michael, and a time break-down of the workshop.
